Do You Know How To Replace Your Rear Fender?

As the name suggests, fender is  for mud protection:

  • It is mainly to prevent some dirt from splashing on the electric scooter body or rider, causing the body or rider to be unsightly
  • 2. It can prevent the soil from splashing on the tie rods and ball heads and cause premature rust, thereby prolonging the service life of the electric scooter.
  • 3. Fenders for electric scooters also have another function. In daily driving, electric scooters are prone to entrain small stones in the tire seams, and the speed is too fast which is easy to throw to the body and break the exterior paint of the scooter.

Usually the fender is installed on the front and rear wheels of the electric scooter. The effect after installation is that the fender protrudes about 5cm from the body. This 5cm effectively prevents flying stones and gravel from damaging the paint surface of the scooter body.

In addition, the function of the fender of the electric scooter is to increase the overall aesthetics of the body. This is also the reason why many people install fenders.
